Dr. Evans joined Greater Pittsburgh Orthopaedic Associates in 2009. He earned his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh, and his M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Evans completed his internship in general surgery at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Dr. Evans is also a Clinical Instructor in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Evans performs most orthopaedic procedures and has special interest in total joint replacement surgery, including minimally invasive procedures, musculoskeletal problems of the shoulder, and arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder.

Dr. Evans is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and he is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Allegheny Country Medical Society.

Dr. Evans has been serving the Pittsburgh and Alle-Kiski area since 1998 at Alle-Kiski Medical Center and UPMC-St. Margaret Hospital.

He, his wife, and children reside in Sarver.
