You may view a list of handouts prepared by each GPOA surgeon and download whatever handout you need. The handouts are in PDF format and require Adobe Reader to view and print.
Each of these handouts should only be downloaded and used at the direction of your GPOA physician. Download and use of these handouts by a person not instructed to do so by a GPOA physician or their clinical staff does not constitute a physician-patient relationship. GPOA, its physicians, and its staff are not liable for any adverse outcome that may result from downloading and using these handouts without explicit instructions from a GPOA physician or their clinical staff to do so.
